Ashtanga Yoga Fundamentals
Sometimes 5 breaths just isn’t enough to feel like you are doing or adjusting in a post correctly. It’s a lot more helpful to be able to slow down, and break down a pose step by step, so that the pose feels strong, safe, and comfortable.
In this workshop, students will have the opportunity to explore the fundamental poses of Ashtanga yoga through dialogue and practice to create a greater sense of familiarity with each pose. This class is ideal for beginners, or for experienced practitioners looking to refine their technique.
