Cultivate Your Core for a Stable Yoga Flow Practice

Join Jaime and Jess as this workshop explores the fundamentals of cultivating strength and stability to support a sustainable yoga flow practice.

Using pilates activation techniques to gain a better understanding of how to recruit and integrate muscles for greater body awareness and better precision in movement, we will look at the most common yoga injuries and complaints to explore a deeper understanding of these vulnerable joints and how to establish a solid foundation.

Open to teachers wishing to expand their knowledge of core awareness & students looking to deepen their practice. All levels welcome.
