Empower Your Pregnancy and Birth Experience
Prepare yourself for the physical and emotional journey of pregnancy and childbirth. Join yoga teachers, Cynthia (Registered Midwife), and Trish (birth doula & student midwife) to explore how you can empower yourself through yoga movements, cranial sacral therapy, hypnotherapy and mindful breath practices each week.
Week 1– Easing pregnancy discomforts through restorative yoga and cranial sacral therapy
Week 2– Enhance your daily movements to optimize your baby’s position
Week 3– Demystifying labour and learn coping techniques (Partners welcome this week only)
Week 4– Preparing your pelvic floor for birth and postpartum
Week 5– Self-care during postpartum with live music class
Each workshop is accessible to all levels of practice. Beginners welcome.
