Mom & Baby Yoga
Spend some quality time with your baby through breath, touch, relaxation, and yoga postures.
A great time to bond with your little one and with other women in a supportive and breast-feeding friendly environment.
Classes will involve relieving tension in the body, easing pain, building up core strength and stamina after birth.
We will also build on gentle massage techniques for you and your baby.
