Yoga for Volleyball Lovers
If you play for a team, do a weekly drop in, or its your favourite sport in the world, come join us and learn how to better your bump, set, and spike! We will be working on the essential muscle groups to strengthen your body and keep you ready on the court. There will be some yoga and simple key drills to take back to your volleyball practice.
All players are welcome!
