Emilee Isen

Emilee first started practicing Moksha yoga nearly a decade ago and has continued to show up on her yoga mat daily as a student and instructor ever since. She became inspired to share the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga, and completed her Moksha Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training in 2015. Emilee is passionate about supporting her students by providing a safe and inviting space in which to experience personal growth and a deeper connection. Through her instruction, Emilee aims to create opportunities for students to find self-expression, acceptance and peace through the sensations of breath, body and movement.
