Kyneret completed her teacher training in 2009 at The Yoga Sanctuary in Toronto, where she studied Ashtanga/Vinyasa with Cynthia Funk, Karusia Wroblewski and Karen Cove.
Her bond with yoga started in 2006, when through a steady practice she observed how effortlessly it exposed the intricate connection between mind, body and spirit. Soon after it became very clear that she and yoga would be best friends for life! This kindred connection with the practice is what led her to enroll in teacher training.
Having been immersed in a more vigorous style of yoga since she first began her training, it was a nice balance to find Yin Yoga later down the road. She was attracted to the meditative like quality that Yin offered, and the specialized focus on holding poses and getting deep into the body to unravel tension. In May of 2013, she completed Bernie Clark’s Yin Teacher Training program retreat, nestled in the enriching landscape of Whistler, BC.
Some students have referred to her as ‘the one that sings to us in Savasana.’ With years of vocal experience and a deep love of music, she marries her passion for singing with Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotional chant.
Kyneret recognizes the power yoga has to center the mind, revealing the endless stream of peace and joy from within. She is passionate about sharing mind, body and breath wisdom with others and aspires to help them heal through the practice of yoga and meditation.
