Hot Stone & Restorative
Balance the body through hot stones and restorative poses. This is a soothing form of yoga in which the body is placed in therapeutic poses that are supported with soft bolsters, blocks, and cozy blankets. Hot Stones are used to balance the body systems and to align the flow of energy that will encourage rest and peace.
